Currently seeking top commercial talent—proactive individuals who enjoy negotiation and sales. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Prepare monthly sales forecasts, monitor weekly sales, and manage daily progress with each assigned executive. · Undergo training aligned with the product’s credit policies. · Analyze and organize each executive’s daily schedule and activities. · Develop training and onboarding programs for the entire sales force. · Provide commercial advisory services and sales forecasting support to the team being led. **REQUIREMENTS** · Minimum two years of experience as a commercial, sales, or field supervisor in the financial sector (Mandatory) · Experience, knowledge, and proficiency in payroll-deduction loans and/or salary-assignment loans. · Management of a team of promoters experienced in the financial sector. · Experience in client management; organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. · Competence in planning, organization, presence, and leadership. · Knowledge of commercial processes, recognition programs, team leadership/development, and coaching. · Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency. **WE OFFER** · Development and training plan to become a financial products expert. · Ongoing training. · Excellent work environment. · Unlimited commissions.
