O\&M Servicios Comerciales S.A.C Is looking for a Sales Supervisor **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing monthly sales forecasts, verifying weekly sales, and managing daily progress with each assigned executive. * Receiving training on guidelines according to the product's credit policies. * Analyzing and organizing each executive’s daily schedule and activities. * Developing training and onboarding programs for the entire sales force. * Providing commercial advisory services and sales forecasting support to the team you lead. **Requirements:** * Minimum two (2) years of experience as a commercial, sales, or field supervisor in the financial sector (Mandatory) * Experience handling payroll-deductible loans and/or salary assignment loans. * Management of a team of promoters experienced in the financial sector. * Experience in client relationship management. * Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. * Competence in planning, organization, presence, and leadership. * Knowledge of commercial processes, recognition programs, team leadership/development, and coaching. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **We offer:** * A career development plan to become a financial products expert. * Ongoing training. * An excellent working environment. * **Unlimited commissions.** Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
