Job Summary: We are seeking an Intern to join our team in the construction sector, providing comprehensive support in recruitment and data management, with a strong foundation in personal and professional competencies. We are seeking an Intern available to travel among our three locations: Chilca, Cercado de Lima, and Santiago de Surco. **Responsibilities:** · Post various hiring requirements (operational and administrative) across our recruitment channels. · Support publishing economic advertisements for operational positions at publication centers near our facilities. · Screen resumes and conduct calls to schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates. · Conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates and select the most suitable candidate based on profile and competencies. · Perform employment reference checks. · Support development of databases and analysis of departmental management indicators, as well as preparation of executive presentations. · Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements:** · Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Administration, or related fields. (Mandatory). · Minimum 3 months of experience. (Preferred). · Experience performing similar functions, preferably within industrial, retail, or other sectors. (Preferred). · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (Mandatory). · Advanced proficiency in Power BI. (Mandatory). · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
