Participate in continuous improvement and innovation projects **Job Description** ---------------------- Analyze, develop, and ensure the correct nationwide implementation of Visual Merchandising strategies * Visit stores to supervise implemented projects. * Analyze the performance of in-store displays, layouts, and visual materials, proposing improvements based on sales indicators, turnover, and customer experience. * Develop Visual Merchandising proposals for remodeling, transformation, and new store opening projects, coordinating with relevant departments. * Execute the implementation of the latest visual and signage standards across all corporate expansion and/or new projects. * Support the standardization of Visual Merchandising processes, manuals, and guidelines. * Manage and analyze departmental budgets, ensuring investment efficiency and resource optimization. * Participate in continuous improvement, innovation, and layout and shopping experience optimization projects. * Ensure and maintain a favorable working environment. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduates in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in retail, supplier management, and construction supervision. (Mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience in retail / Visual Merchandising. (Mandatory) * Availability to travel nationwide. (Mandatory) * Proficiency in SketchUp. (Advanced) * Proficiency in AutoCAD. (Advanced) * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. (Intermediate) * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
