Position Summary: We are seeking an Academic Director to lead the academic and administrative management of health-related programs at a higher education institution. Key Highlights: 1. Lead academic and administrative activities 2. Plan and implement teacher training 3. Professional with a Master's degree in Education or Educational Management We are the Private Higher Education Institute Sergio Bernales de Huaral, and we are looking for a professional in health-related fields, preferably licensed in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related disciplines, to assume the position of Academic Director, with experience in private higher education institutions. The main responsibilities include: 1\. Prepare management documents required by the Ministry of Education (PEI, PAT, PCI, and Internal Regulations). 2\. Lead the academic and administrative activities of the professional programs offered by the ISTP “SERGIO BERNALES GARCIA DE HUARAL”, in accordance with current regulations issued by the Ministry of Education (MINEDU) as well as market developments. 3\. Plan and implement teacher training in pedagogical, technological, and holistic development areas to ensure the academic quality of the institution’s educational services. 4\. Schedule, coordinate, implement, supervise, and evaluate all technical-pedagogical activities across all study programs. 5\. Academic Service Planning 6\. Other duties as assigned. Requirements * Education: University graduate with a Master's degree in Education or Educational Management. * Minimum 2 years of experience * Age: between 30 and 50 years old * Knowledge: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Windows, Decision-making ability, Pedagogy, Microsoft Office * Willingness to travel: Yes * Willingness to relocate: No On-site work in the city of Huaral.
