Pleasant working environment Join Grupo Macazana as an Accounting Assistant! **Accounting Assistant Responsibilities** * Record and control the company's accounting transactions in accordance with accounting and tax regulations. * Maintain **purchases and sales records** in the **CONCAR** system. * Analyze and reconcile **accounting accounts**, accounts receivable and payable, advances, and bank reconciliations. * Control the accounting treatment of **withholdings, perceptions, and deductions**. * Conduct **cash counts** and control income and expenses. * Prepare accounting provisions for **CTS, bonuses, and vacations**. * Support payroll preparation, attendance control, timesheets, leaves, and vacations. * Assist in preparing **employment contracts, severance settlements, and personnel files**, in coordination with Human Resources. * Monitor **credit customer collections**. * Participate in **physical inventories**, stock ledger control, and inventory verification. * Control the **legalization and printing of accounting books**, both main and auxiliary. * File and pay tax returns: **AFP NET, PLAME (PDT 601\), SIRE, PDT 621, Income Tax by Categories, DAOT, ITAN, royalties**, among others. * Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by management. **Requirements** · Minimum education: Graduate degree holder · Availability to work in Cieneguilla. · Minimum 2 years of experience in the role. · Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. · Experience using accounting systems. · Basic knowledge of tax legislation. **What We Offer?** · Competitive salary on payroll, including all statutory benefits. · Career path · Pleasant working environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO WORK IN CIENEGUILLA?
