Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Technician to record payments and receipts, manage accounts payable and receivable, issue electronic invoices, and track collections and tax procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of accounting and tax records 2. Accounts payable and receivable control 3. Issuance of electronic invoices and collection tracking ***OFFICE: CAJAMARQUILLA*** RESPONSIBILITIES: * a) Records payments and receipts in the accounting system. * b) Enters corresponding purchase registration information. * c) Correctly classifies accounts according to the chart of accounts. * d) Verifies that documents comply with tax requirements. * e) Controls accounts payable (suppliers) and accounts receivable (customers). * f) Tracks pending tax withholdings. * g) Tracks issued checks and supplier promissory notes. * h) Issues electronic invoices and uploads them to the platform per client instructions or sends them via email. * i) Tracks collections for issued invoices. * j) Reconciles issued and received invoices. * k) Analyzes accounting accounts. * l) Processes tax withholding provisions. * m) Handles procedures before SUNAT. * n) Submits weekly reports on supplier payments according to schedules and due dates. * o) Conducts periodic bank reconciliations. * p) Manages and organizes accounting and financial records. * q) Performs other administrative duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Complies with the Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations. \- REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate Technician in Accounting or related field. (Minimum) * Training in CONTANET System. (Desirable) * Preferably 3 years of experience in this or similar positions.
