Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to manage direct imports, anticipate logistics issues, and oversee the supplier chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead shipment tracking with international suppliers. 2. Independently handle regulatory procedures and document verification. 3. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the logistics chain. At Booster Group, we seek a highly proactive, dynamic candidate with strong independent judgment—capable of taking full ownership of direct import operations, anticipating logistics issues, and independently and effectively managing relationships with suppliers and agents. Candidate Profile: * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable operational experience managing direct imports (FCL and LCL), import costing, and customs procedures. * Proactivity, autonomy, ability to solve problems without constant supervision, and assertive communication skills. * Proficiency in Excel for costing, ERP system usage, and intermediate or advanced technical English. * Residence in Southern Lima (Chorrillos, San Juan de Miraflores, Villa El Salvador, Surco, or nearby areas) for 100% on-site work. Main Responsibilities: * Manage and lead shipment tracking with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and temporary storage facilities. * Independently handle regulatory procedures (VUCE, permits) and document verification (Bill of Lading, DAM, Invoices, Packing List). * Prepare detailed import costings and enter operational data into the company’s ERP system. * Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the logistics chain to avoid overcosts and ensure timely cargo arrival.
