Dynamic and proactive role with commercial initiative **Job Objective** Responsible for supporting and executing the company's sales process, from initial prospect engagement and quotation preparation to follow-up. The position will have a strong focus on \*telephone sales and WhatsApp\*, aiming to convert inquiries and prospects into opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Sales and Prospecting \- Make calls to customers and prospects to present products and services. \- Contact leads generated from campaigns, social media, the company website, and databases. \- Conduct active follow-up until receiving a response or closing a deal. \- Achieve monthly targets for calls, contacts, quotations, and sales. 2\. WhatsApp Sales \- Handle commercial inquiries via WhatsApp. \- Respond promptly to customer inquiries. \- Follow up on pending conversations. \- Apply sales and negotiation techniques to convert conversations into sales. 3\. Quotations \- Prepare and send commercial quotations. \- Request and verify prices, availability, and terms when necessary. \- Follow up on all sent quotations. \- Identify quotations with a high probability of closure and prioritize their follow-up. 4\. Commercial Follow-up \- Record customers, prospects, quotations, and opportunities. \- Keep information updated in Excel. \- Follow up with customers who have not yet made a decision. \- Re-engage customers who stopped responding. **Required Profile** \- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or WhatsApp sales. \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \- Commercial, proactive, and results-oriented personality. \- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections. \- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business. \- Basic to intermediate Excel skills. \- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage follow-ups with multiple customers simultaneously. \- Good writing and spelling skills. **Ideal Profile** We seek a commercial, dynamic, and initiative-driven individual who does not simply wait for customers to arrive. Must feel comfortable making calls, messaging via WhatsApp, following up, addressing objections, and asking for the close. The goal is not merely to serve customers, but to convert contacts into sales. Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
