Location: Lima Other locations: Primary Location Only Salary: Competitive Date: Jul 15, 2026 **Job description** ------------------- Requisition ID: 1726626 Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Knowledge of internal audit, risk management, internal control, process modeling (BPMN), continuous improvement, and/or process-based management. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Analytical ability, report writing skills, and capability to develop executive presentations. * Familiarity with methodologies and standards such as COSO, ISO 9001, ISO 31000, or IAIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) is desirable. * Advanced English Responsibilities: * Support the execution of internal audit projects, control assessments, and process reviews. * Participate in process identification, analysis, and documentation, identifying opportunities for improvement and operational efficiencies. * Support the development of risk and control matrices, flowcharts, procedures, and other management documentation. * Collaborate in analyzing compliance with policies, internal regulations, and applicable regulatory requirements. * Support client proposal preparation, including methodology development, scope definition, and scheduling. * Participate in preparing executive reports, findings reports, recommendations, and action plans. * Assist in preparing client presentations, committee briefings, and project follow-up meetings. * Conduct operational, financial, and documentary analysis to support risk identification and improvement opportunities.
