Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative Integral Assistant & Content Support to assist daily, playing a key role in content creation, editing, organization, and general project management. I’M LOOKING FOR MY RIGHT HAND.INTEGRAL ASSISTANT \& CONTENT SUPPORT I’m looking for an organized, creative, proactive, and solution-oriented person who wants to accompany me daily and become an important part of this project. WHAT WILL YOU DO?1\. CONTENT CREATION Accompany me in filming, taking photos and videos, researching ideas, and helping create authentic and aesthetic content. 2\. EDITING \& POST-PRODUCTION Edit my videos in CapCut (reels, TikToks, stories, etc.) creatively and with a keen eye. 3\. ORGANIZATION \& SCHEDULING Organize my schedule, pending tasks, meetings, and everything I need to ensure smooth daily operations. 4\. TRENDS \& IDEAS Research fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends to propose content ideas that contribute to growth. 5\. COMMUNICATION \& TEAM Maintain clear and consistent communication with my team and brands. Follow up on projects and pending tasks. 6\. DIGITAL TOOLS Use ChatGPT / AI to research, draft, optimize processes, and make my daily workflow more efficient. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented. * Creative, with good taste and attention to detail. * Self-motivated, visionary, and genuinely eager to learn. * Responsible, trustworthy, and positive-energy-driven. * Passionate about the digital world and social media. * Full-time availability. * Fluent English speaker and resident in Lima. * Experience in social media. * Advanced editing skills in CapCut and proficiency in Canva. * Familiarity with and experience using ChatGPT / AI. You don’t need to master everything from day one. What matters most to me is your attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn.I seek someone focused on this project and the work behind the camera.We are not looking for influencers or similar profiles.
