Positive work environment and continuous training **We are looking for a Logistics Assistant for the Operations Department!** At **Las Fortalezas**, we are seeking an organized, responsible individual eager to contribute to the development of our real estate projects. We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** with knowledge or experience in **civil engineering, architecture, or construction management**, capable of supporting the operations department and assisting with on-site project monitoring. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide support to the **Operations Management** team in coordinating and tracking activities. Support the **Construction Supervisor** in managing requirements, materials, and documentation. Assist in logistical coordination for construction and project execution. Track orders, deliveries, suppliers, and operational needs. Support the review, organization, and updating of drawings or technical documents. Use tools such as **AutoCAD** for reading, reviewing, or assisting with drawings. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper progress of activities. **We are looking for someone who has:** Technical or university studies in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, Civil Construction**, or related fields. Basic or intermediate knowledge of **AutoCAD**. Strong organizational, tracking, and coordination skills. Clear communication and willingness to work collaboratively.
