If you lack experience in this field, we will train you. Training is also paid. **Requirements:** * Own a motorcycle * Possess valid motorcycle documentation * Age between 18 and 45 years **Benefits:** * Enrollment in a **full payroll system**, including all statutory benefits. * Base salary of 1300 * Average production bonus of 1500 per month based on installations completed * 900 welcome bonus (300 for each of the first three months) * 300 monthly attendance bonus * Compensation for motorcycle rental and fuel * **Ongoing technical training from day one**, with opportunity to specialize as an installation technician * Statutory life insurance and profit-sharing participation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (one rotating day off).
