Assistance in preparation of ingredients and finishing touches A prominent gastronomic group is seeking **Bakery Assistants / Bakers** passionate about artisanal production to join our production team. We seek responsible and detail-oriented individuals with experience in sourdough, fine pastries, and traditional baking techniques. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and baking of a variety of artisanal breads and fine pastry items. * Monitoring fermentation, kneading, weighing, and rounding times. * Operation of ovens, mixers, dividers, and other bakery machinery. * Assistance in preparing ingredients, fillings, and display finishing touches. * Maintaining cleanliness, order, and disinfection of the work area according to hygiene regulations. **Work Schedules:** * Shift 1 (Baking and opening): 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. *(Responsible for initial baking and early restocking)* * Shift 2 (Production and assembly): 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Benefits** * Formal registration under the MYPE payroll system from day one. * Statutory benefits applicable under the MYPE labor regime (15 days of vacation, biannual bonus, CTS severance fund, EsSalud health insurance, family allowance if applicable). * Timely payments and an excellent working environment.
