Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design and develop advanced analytical models, collaborate in defining business requirements, identify new opportunities for applying analytical techniques, and drive AI initiatives. Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Design and develop analytical models integrating traditional and advanced approaches: classical techniques (regression, time series, clustering), stochastic methodologies (optimization under uncertainty, Monte Carlo simulations), and machine learning algorithms (neural networks, decision trees, Bayesian models). * Document advanced analytics studies, such as models and segmentation: register documentation of all analytical models and segmentation in the corporate repository, in compliance with the current model governance regulations. * Collaborate in defining and tracking backlog milestones and features, translating business requirements into technical and analytical specifications. * Identify new potential leads for management through campaigns or pilots, based on analytical model results, other advanced analytics studies, and commercial analyses conducted jointly with the business: size and propose the most recommended lead groups for commercial campaigns; propose new criteria for sizing and selecting leads to be managed; and coordinate with Business and Campaigns teams to implement new pilots or commercial campaigns to test obtained results. * Regularly evaluate model performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, recalibration, or updating in response to new scenarios and data. * Stay at the forefront of emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in advanced analytics, integrating external knowledge and collaborating on research projects and scientific publications. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities for applying advanced analytical techniques in Retail Client Solutions, providing strategic and operational recommendations. * Propose and lead Artificial Intelligence initiatives that are applicable, scalable, and generate measurable impact. * Other responsibilities assigned by your immediate manager and promote continuous improvement of the role. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Python. * Proficiency in SQL or related tools. * Solid experience in Azure environments. * Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools. * Strong technical knowledge in modeling, segmentation, and propensity analysis. * Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) (Preferred) * API development and integration (Desirable). **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
