Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer focused on automation and cloud architecture to lead the evolution of our infrastructure and design the future of our operations. Foster a GitOps and integrated security (DevSecOps) culture We are looking for a Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer passionate about automation and cloud architecture to lead the evolution of our infrastructure. You will serve as the architect for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) solutions, ensuring scalability of our platforms on AWS and in high-availability environments. If you possess a hybrid profile with strong Java development skills and advanced cloud orchestration expertise, this is the place to design the future of our operations. **Work Mode:** Hybrid (as required by the project) in San Isidro, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Responsibilities **Cloud Architecture:** Design and maintain robust architectures on AWS, optimizing critical services. **CI/CD Ecosystem:** Design and implement efficient and secure CI/CD pipelines, ensuring frictionless automated deployments. **Kubernetes Administration:** Manage and optimize on\-premise Kubernetes clusters for mission-critical environments. **Automation Development:** Build supporting tools and automations using Java to enhance team efficiency. **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Ensure infrastructure maintainability through advanced use of Terraform or Ansible. **Full Observability:** Implement and monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK. **Technical Evangelism:** Promote a GitOps and integrated security (DevSecOps) culture across all processes. Profile and Experience **Seniority:** 3–4 years of solid experience as a DevOps Engineer. **AWS Specialist:** Proven track record of \+3 years developing and operating on AWS (S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway). **Hybrid Profile (Dev \+ Ops):** Advanced experience developing automations with Java and Maven (\+3 years) and JavaScript/NPM (\+2 years). 2\. Mandatory Technology Stack **IaC:** Advanced hands-on experience in infrastructure automation. **Orchestration:** Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker (on\-premise cluster management and deployments). **GitOps:** Expert-level proficiency with GitLab / GitLab Runner and deployment tools such as ArgoCD. **AWS Services:** Proficiency in CodePipeline, CodeArtifact, and CodeBuild for API management. 3\. Preferred Knowledge (Plus) **Observability:** Experience with OpenSearch, Prometheus, and Grafana. **Virtualization:** Familiarity with VMware or VirtualBox environments. **Certifications:** AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, or HashiCorp Terraform Associate certifications are highly valued. 4\.
