Job Summary: We are seeking an architecture or civil engineering student or graduate to support the design and construction of schools, including drafting tasks and site inspection visits. Diverse responsibilities including surveys, 3D modeling, and cost estimation A leading private school design and construction consultancy, recognized as a sector leader in education, is seeking a final-year student or recent graduate in Architecture or Civil Engineering to perform the following remote (telework) duties: 1\) Preparation of architectural surveys based on on-site measurements 2\) Development of layout proposals / modifications for educational projects 3\) Creation of 3D models and virtual walkthroughs of educational projects 4\) Drafting of structural, electrical, and sanitary installation plans 5\) Quantity take-offs and construction cost estimation 6\) Occasional site inspection visits to educational institutions **Requirements:** 1\) Proficiency in technical drawing 2\) Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D 3\) Proficiency in SketchUp 4\) Familiarity with the National Building Code 5\) Knowledge of Technical Standards for Education **To Submit:** 1\) CV 2\) Portfolio of projects Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
