Meals provided (lunch and dinner) Experienced bartender assistant required for restobars Requirements \- Rotating or fixed shifts (to be agreed upon with management) \- Clean and organized \- Experienced and committed to improving professionally and advancing within the company \- Good work environment \- Lunch and dinner provided Responsibilities: **Detailed Responsibilities:** * **Constant Stocking:** Ensure the bar is consistently supplied with sufficient ice, liquor bottles, mixers, beer, and garnishes throughout the night. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Wash and polish glasses quickly, clean spills, change drip trays, and remove trash. * **Preparation (Prep):** Cut fruit (lemons, oranges), prepare juices and syrups, and perform initial bar setup. * **Bartender Support:** Assist with basic cocktail-making tasks during periods of high customer volume. * **Inventory Control:** Assist with receiving goods and restocking shelves. * **Setup and Closing:** Prepare the station before opening and conduct deep cleaning and organization at closing. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
