If you are motivated to work collaboratively, contribute ideas, and develop impactful solutions, we want to meet you! **Requirements:** * 4 or more years of experience in this role * Experience in retail, technology and software, telecommunications, or related fields * Proficiency in Front-end Languages and Frameworks (HTML, JavaScript, React, CSS) * Proficiency in Back-end Languages and Frameworks (Node.js, Python, PHP, SQL) * UX/UI tools and technologies * Knowledge of VTEX (preferred) * Knowledge of AI (preferred) * Ability to work collaboratively with a focus on user experience * Sound development practices (clean code, version control, testing) **Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across both frontend and backend environments * Implement intuitive and optimized interfaces to improve user experience * Design, optimize, and manage relational and non-relational databases * Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect the platform and users' data * Optimize application performance to ensure fast loading times and a seamless experience * Develop automated solutions to improve data management and operational efficiency * Diagnose and resolve issues in code, databases, and web services * Identify scalability challenges and propose improvements to software architecture * Provide technical support and collaborate with other teams to resolve production incidents * Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices * Propose and implement new tools and frameworks to optimize processes * Collaborate with other teams **We Offer:** * Work mode: Hybrid * Formal employment contract * Competitive market-based salary * Collaborative team environment * Birthday leave day * Professional growth and continuous development **JOIN TD!** Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.5,000\.00 per month Work location: Hybrid in Miraflores, Lima
