More information: http://coderio.com We are looking for someone to lead the development and implementation of technological solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and architectural alignment—focused on Node.js (NestJS), Next.js, and AWS. **Required Location: Peru residents only.** ### **Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership to the development team (Frontend and Backend). * Define solution architectures. * Design and develop APIs using Node.js with NestJS. * Implement web interfaces using Next.js. * Ensure adoption of sound development practices. * Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests. * Coordinate with functional and UX/UI teams. * Oversee integration with AWS services. * Ensure application performance and scalability. * Provide technical mentorship to the development team. ### **Mandatory Technical Requirements** * 5+ years of software development experience. * 2+ years of experience leading technical teams. #### **Backend** * Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS. * REST API design and development. * Experience with Python. * Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases. #### **Frontend** * Experience with Next.js. * Mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript. #### **Cloud** * Experience with AWS. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with services such as: + S3 + RDS + Lambda + SQS + API Gateway #### **Architecture and Development** * Solid understanding of software architecture. * Experience with monolithic and microservice architectures. * Familiarity with microfrontend architectures. * Implementation of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT and OAuth). * Knowledge of web performance optimization. ### **Desirable** * Experience in Retail and/or e-commerce projects. * Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Experience implementing unit, integration, and End-to-End (E2E) tests. * Knowledge or experience with Go. * Knowledge or experience with Java (Spring Boot). ### **Soft Skills** * Technical leadership. * Excellent communication skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Capacity for technical mentorship and guidance of the team. **Benefits** 100% remote Long-term commitment, with autonomy and impact Strategic and highly visible role within a modern engineering culture Collaborative international team and strong technical leadership Career development plan and growth opportunities within Coderio **Why Join Coderio?** At Coderio, we value talent regardless of location.
