Position Summary: Ausenco is seeking an HSE Trainee to provide support in planning, executing, and monitoring HSE activities, as well as in preparing reports and managing documentation for the HSE system. We are currently recruiting professionals for the **HSE Trainee** position to join our team in Lima. **About the Role** * Provide support in planning and executing HSE inductions for employees and contractors, both in-person and virtually. * Assist in developing presentations, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analysis of HSE management information. * Collaborate in controlling and updating HSE Management System (HSEMS) documentation, ensuring proper document control. * Support tracking of action plans, audits, inspections, and other HSE management activities. * Assist in consolidating and analyzing databases related to HSE performance. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and internal departmental projects. * Provide support for tasks assigned by HSE Management, aligned with business needs. * Other assignments as directed by HSE Management. **About You** * Final-year student or recent graduate in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior pre-professional internships in industrial, mining, or construction environments (desirable, minimum 6 months). * Basic knowledge of Peruvian Occupational Health and Safety legislation, including regulations applicable to mining and construction. * Interest in developing expertise in HSE management systems, risk management, and continuous improvement. * Ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and demonstrate proactive attitude. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in document management. * Intermediate office software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. * Knowledge of Power BI and AI-powered tools applied to management (desirable). * Intermediate English (desirable). **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
