Job Summary: UTEC is seeking an Impact Analyst to strategically diagnose and mentor startups, connect with the entrepreneurial ecosystem, design programs, and measure socio-environmental impact. Design and implementation of acceleration and investment programs At UTEC \- Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología, we are looking for an Impact Analyst. **What will your challenges be?** * Strategic diagnosis and mentoring: Conduct comprehensive diagnostics of startups (business model, finance, governance, impact, and risks) to design and implement customized mentoring plans that drive their growth. * Ecosystem connection: Proactively identify and coordinate strategic relationships with key ecosystem actors (mentors, investors, corporate partners, and organizations) to connect startups with solutions addressing their operational and scaling needs. * Program design and implementation: Design, coordinate, and implement acceleration and investment programs, as well as workshops, trainings, and collaborative activities aimed at entrepreneur development. * Demo day and networking event management: Support logistics and content for key events such as Kick\-offs, Demo Days, and investor matching sessions to enhance startup visibility and funding opportunities. * Impact and business measurement: Define, monitor, and systematize key performance indicators (KPIs) and socio-environmental impact metrics for startups, incubators, and programs. * Stakeholder management and reporting: Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for strategic partners, donors, and senior leadership on portfolio progress. * Knowledge management: Document lessons learned, success stories, and best practices to continuously improve the acceleration model. * Field validation: Occasionally conduct field visits for monitoring, interviews, and on-the-ground impact validation when required by the project. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in management, economics, administration, engineering, finance, social sciences, or related fields. * Prior experience in project management (innovation, entrepreneurship, funds, startups, or social impact). * Solid knowledge of finance, including participation in startup due diligence processes, financial analysis, and valuation. * Experience with or familiarity with impact entrepreneurship, impact investing, or impact measurement (desirable). * Genuine interest in social and environmental impact and in strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem. * Advanced English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading) **What do we offer?** * Market-competitive salary. * Full coverage of EPS (Health Insurance) and oncological insurance. * Personalized training platform. * Discounts at over 200 establishments. * Opportunity to learn and engage in diverse UTEC projects. **Want to know us better?** * **Visit our website:** **https://utec.edu.pe/** * **Follow us on LinkedIn:** **https://www.linkedin.com/school/utec\-universidad\-de\-ingenieria\-y\-tecnologia/mycompany/** **If you believe this role matches your profile and the responsibilities described align with what you’re seeking, apply now!** **We look forward to meeting you!** ***“At UTEC, we reaffirm our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
