Position Objective:** Analyze and control the BRCGS Management System within the company to maintain system certification and generate improvement opportunities aligned with product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance objectives. **2\. Key Responsibilities:** Plan and conduct internal audits across all company departments to identify nonconformities and improvement opportunities. Manage company instructional procedures and other documents to ensure documentation accurately reflects actual operational conditions. Track corrective actions arising from internal and external audits to achieve quality and standardization objectives. Verify proper completion of records to ensure product traceability. Coordinate with the Human Resources department to develop and deliver ongoing training programs for production personnel on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA), and all matters related to BRCGS certification. Coordinate on-site implementation of pest control program activities. Follow up on findings identified in audit reports and ensure implementation of control measures established during hazard analysis. Conduct supplier audits for key company suppliers to verify compliance with the company’s established quality guidelines and standards. Comply with Amcor’s Four Pillars and Six Life-Saving Rules. Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and Amcor Safety Standards. Comply with current BRCGS Packaging, GMP, and HARA regulations. 3\. Requirements 3\.1 Work Experience and Academic Qualifications **Required Experience:** Minimum two years of experience in Integrated Management Systems within manufacturing companies, including conducting audits. **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical fields, or related disciplines.
