Preparation of mise en place and rotation across kitchen areas A restaurant chain specializing in meats and grills is seeking talent to fill the Cook position at its restaurant located in the Miraflores district. Main Functions and Responsibilities Prepare mise en place in your assigned work area. Control and receive supplies. Rotate across kitchen sections: cold and hot. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, kitchen furniture, and utensils. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Profile Requirements Education: Technical training in gastronomy preferred. Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices standards. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant in hotels, restaurants, or related establishments. Skills: Organizational ability, results-oriented mindset, objective-based performance, ability to work under pressure. Working Hours: Full-time schedule. Benefits Inclusion in payroll (MYPE regime).
