Job Summary: We are seeking a service-oriented, proactive, and gastronomy-passionate Kitchen Assistant to support dish preparation, daily ingredient preparation, and kitchen maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in preparing menu dishes and daily ingredient preparation. 2. Receiving and organizing merchandise, preparing sauces and side dishes. 3. Responsible, proactive person with a strong sense of organization and teamwork. \- Assist in preparing menu dishes (breakfast and lunch) \- Ensure appropriate quantities of ingredients required for the day \- Prepare sauces, side dishes, and beverages \- Receive, inspect, clean, and distribute merchandise \- Clean, peel, and cut vegetables Mix ingredients, restock supplies, and perform production tasks. \- Check inventory levels of ingredients to be used during service as needed \- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage area with the chef's guidance \- Other duties related to the position. Requirements: \- Six months of experience as a Kitchen Assistant \- Service-oriented, responsible, proactive individual with efficiency, organizational skills, good communication, friendly demeanor, teamwork ability, orderliness, punctuality, and passion for gastronomy. \- Residency in areas adjacent to Comas Valid Health Certificate. \- Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month (based on experience) \- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break), Sundays off \- Employment type: Full-time \- Work location: On-site employment Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
