Kitchen Assistant * Support daily production. * Perform cutting, pre-preparation, and proper storage of ingredients. * Assist in preparing hot and cold kitchen dishes. * Support chefs during order fulfillment. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper food handling. * Comply with food hygiene and safety protocols. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum **6 months of experience in restaurants, Chinese restaurants (chifas), fast-food outlets, or similar**. * Basic knowledge of food handling and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Availability to work **rotating shifts**: opening, mid-shift, and closing. * Responsibility, speed, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Passion for gastronomy and eagerness to keep learning.
