Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our restaurant in Santa Anita, supporting food preparation and kitchen maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare ingredients (clean, peel, wash, chop) 2. Weigh ingredients according to the chef's recipes 3. Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the kitchen and utensils We are a restaurant located in Santa Anita, currently seeking a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT**, available and experienced. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * 1 year of experience * Availability to work in Santa Anita **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Clean,** peel, wash, and chop vegetables, meats, and fish. * Weigh ingredients according to the chef's recipes * Clean dishes, cutlery, pots, and kitchen tools. * Keep work surfaces and equipment clean and disinfected. * Remove garbage and keep the area free of waste * Store raw materials in refrigerators or pantries **OFFERED:** * Monthly salary of S/ 1,600, paid biweekly * Schedule: Mon\-Sat, 8am \- 5pm * Full meals provided. Salary: Up to S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
