Opportunities for growth and career progression A prominent company in the environmental sector, dedicated to hazardous waste management, seeks to add a committed and responsible Loading Operator to its team. **Required Profile:** * Completed secondary education. * Reside near the Ventanilla area (Porcino Park) or have convenient access. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts and Saturdays for 6 hours. **Responsibilities:** * Perform loading and unloading of materials and waste, adhering to established safety regulations. * Support the validation and control of operational documentation. * Carry out other tasks as directed by supervision. **Offered:** * Formal employment registration (payroll) from the start of employment. * Bi-weekly salary payment. * Mobility and meal allowances. * Perfect attendance bonus. * S/ 1,000 bonus twice per year (June and November). * Ongoing training. * Career progression path and growth opportunities.
