Available for full-time employment \- Mandatory; must have completed studies, as the position requires full dedication and availability. Key Responsibilities: Ensure supply of medical supplies to the Surgical Center and Pharmacy. Supervise stock levels of pharmaceuticals, medications, and medical supplies (monitoring to ensure timely replenishment through purchase planning and maintenance of appropriate safety-stock levels to prevent inventory shortages). Coordinate and supervise material receiving, verifying that quantities delivered by suppliers match those specified in the purchase order and on the invoice, ensuring conformity of received products. Manage purchases and order pickups from suppliers, including on-site purchasing trips when necessary. Maintain proper inventory control to ensure continuity of patient care.
