Position Summary: We are seeking a professional or technician in operations with experience in procurement management, supplier supervision, and inventory control in the textile sector. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end operations management, including procurement and supplier management. 2. Warehouse inventory control and goods dispatch. 3. Coordination of textile production processes (embroidery, printing, plotting). * Professional or technician in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business, or related fields * Negotiation skills, organizational ability, and frustration tolerance * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Willingness to work 50% on-site and 50% in-office * Two years of experience in operations Additionally, according to the position requirements and those specified by the supervisor, the following general responsibilities apply: * Procurement of textile raw materials in Gamarra and via virtual channels * On-site supplier supervision (external workshops) * Organization and control of raw material and finished goods warehouse * Dispatch of goods to end customers * Coordination of embroidery and printing activities * Coordination of plotting with external textile pattern makers * Petty cash reporting and other departmental reports * Various tasks assigned to the operations team * Performing picking of sewing accessories for tailors (counting, distribution, organization, cleaning, and warehouse control) Job Type: Full-time * Work Location: On-site employment\-ATE Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
