Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to manage import customs clearance, cargo tracking, and coordination with various agents, distinguished by their organization and responsibility. We seek to incorporate into our team a highly organized, responsible individual with strong follow-up capability, capable of managing multiple operations simultaneously and keeping shipment information up to date. \*Position: Operations Assistant – Cargo and Customs Main Responsibilities: Tracking import customs clearance shipments. Tracking cargo and updating status. Managing and updating the operations dashboard. Coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and clients. Tracking documentation and critical deadlines. Coordinating cargo pickups and deliveries. Confirming and tracking deliveries. Timely communication of progress, pending items, and incidents. Recording and tracking operational incidents. Supporting overall operations coordination. \*What We Are Looking For: An individual who stands out primarily for organization, follow-up, and responsibility. A highly organized and detail-oriented person. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. Ease in working with tracking dashboards and updating information daily. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with clients and suppliers. Responsibility and punctuality. Ability to handle multiple operations concurrently. Attention to detail. Proactivity in identifying pending items before they become problems.
