Job Summary: A major Peruvian company is seeking Production Operators to perform tasks including material transfer, replacement, cleaning, and bundling, as well as waste disposal. Key Responsibilities: 1. Transfer belts and rubber bands. 2. Wash combs, hoses, and machine rollers. 3. Handle generated waste and material losses. CARVIMSA, a prominent Peruvian company with 26 years of experience, is currently seeking **Production Operators** for its Huachipa branch. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work in the district of Huachipa * Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts from Monday to Saturday. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Transfer belts and rubber bands. * Replace belts on tube and corner machine stands. * Wash combs, hoses, rubber tanks, and tube and corner machine rollers. * Bundle wet tubes and corners and transport them to the curing area. * Dispose of generated waste and material losses in the solid waste area. **BENEFITS**: * **Base salary: S/.1250 + overtime pay.** * **Family allowance.** * **SENATI sponsorship.** * **Overtime pay at 50%** * **Weekly payments (Fridays)** * 70% food subsidy coverage. * 100% transportation coverage according to available routes. * Formal payroll registration with all statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing.
