Job stability and growth opportunities **PRODUCTION OPERATOR** **Ate** **COMPANY DESCRIPTION:** **Our client, a leading local company operating in the LIMA market and renowned in the INDUSTRIAL sector, is seeking the best talent(s) to fill the PRODUCTION OPERATOR position \- ATE LOCATION.** **Requirements:** Minimum 3–6 months of industrial cleaning or maintenance experience within plants or warehouses. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. **Responsibilities:** Bottle sorting via conveyor belts, label removal, and product loading. **FIXED MONTHLY SCHEDULE: MORNING SHIFT 7:00 A.M. \- 3:00 P.M. \- AFTERNOON SHIFT 3:00 P.M. \- 11:00 P.M. \- NIGHT SHIFT 11:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.** **MONDAY TO SUNDAY: 6x1 ROTATING SHIFT (6 working days and 1 rotating day off)** **Employment Conditions:** Salary: S/1130 Perfect Attendance Bonus: S/. 100 * **Mobility Bonus: S/. 100** Direct payroll enrollment from day one Full statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, insurance, etc.) * **100% covered meals.** Job stability and growth opportunities!
