Continuous training **Job Description** At **Labotec S.A.C**, we are looking for a passionate **Backend Programmer** dedicated to technology and the development of efficient, secure, and scalable solutions. You will be responsible for server-side logic, databases, and system integration supporting our internal platforms and applications as well as those for clients. **Main Responsibilities** * Development and maintenance of **APIs with Spring Boot**. * Implementation of **security mechanisms** (JWT, Spring Security). * Integrations with **Kafka** for messaging. * Evolution of backend modules and business logic. * Technical testing and continuous improvement of existing code. * Optimization of system performance, stability, and quality. **Requirements** **Education:** * Graduate or final-year student in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** * Backend programming languages such as: **Java, Python, PHP, Node.js or similar**. * Proficiency with **databases** (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server or similar). * Knowledge of data structures and programming logic. * Basic knowledge of web application security. **Competencies** * Experience working with Java 17\+ * Strong proficiency in Spring Boot * Prior experience with structured monoliths * Knowledge of security and authentication * Ability to understand existing code and improve it * Good judgment in designing maintainable solutions **We Offer** * Opportunity for professional growth * Participation in technological projects * Positive work environment * Continuous training * **Validation of pre-professional or professional internships** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.800\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
