Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Programmer to coordinate customer interactions, conduct follow-ups, update systems, and support ticket and team management within a collaborative environment. We are looking for a **CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAMMER** for our SURQUILLO office, **with or without experience**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in Surquillo or nearby areas. * Possess a positive attitude. * Experience in customer service. * Immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate customer appointment dates according to the work assignment pool and instructions from Supervisor/Coordinator. * Schedule pending jobs for the following day and weekends for field crews. * Follow up with customers who do not respond, per internal procedures, until contact is established or report for case withdrawal. * Update BSS system tickets handled in coordination with field crews and other departments. * Report any technical issues delaying service and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them. * Update the DRIVE tracking sheet in real time. * Assist with ticket closure via the Bantel web platform when required. * Perform coordination tasks outside the Bantel network when necessary. * Receive decommissioned equipment from customers visiting the office, when required. * In case of low work assignment volume, support office colleagues. * Before leaving (end of shift or during leave), report pending tasks to your peer colleague and/or immediate supervisor to ensure continuity of service. * Submit reports on specific customer interactions or cases as instructed by your immediate supervisor. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisors related to this department. **IF you are interested, please send your CV to 989\-119\-420** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
