Job Summary: Leads the planning, execution, and control of multiple industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, quality, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. A leading national construction company executing large-scale civil and metallurgical works requires a **PROJECT MANAGER**. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Plan, execute, and control multiple industrial construction projects (industrial warehouses, storage facilities, industrial plants, and EPC works) simultaneously, leading the assigned construction and engineering team to ensure compliance with established deadlines, budget, quality, and safety, reporting progress and results to the Project Manager/PMO. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree and professional license in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading **industrial infrastructure civil works (industrial warehouses, storage facilities, sheds, industrial plants, or similar)**. * PMP and/or Lean Construction certification required. * Willingness to travel nationwide. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and develop the execution schedule for each assigned project, defining milestones, resources, and critical path. * Lead and coordinate the construction team and engineers assigned to each project, assigning responsibilities and supervising their performance. * Control each project’s budget, managing costs, valuations, and variances against the plan. * Supervise compliance with quality and safety standards (SSOMA) at every construction stage. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * Prepare periodic progress, risk, and results reports for each project for the Project Manager/PMO. * Manage resolution of technical and contractual issues, prioritizing and allocating time across simultaneous projects under responsibility. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Formal employment under the general labor regime with statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
