Job Summary: An Agroindustrial Company seeks a Quality Assistant to execute and monitor quality controls for food products and supervise hygienic-sanitary conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of quality controls on raw materials and products 2. Monitoring of process controls and Critical Control Points (CCPs) 3. Supervision of hygienic-sanitary conditions and compliance with GMPs **An Agroindustrial Company requires a QUALITY ASSISTANT** with experience in the food industry. **with the following profile**: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute quality controls on raw materials, inputs, in-process products, and finished products * Monitor process controls and Critical Control Points (CCPs) * Supervise plant hygienic-sanitary conditions and compliance with GMPs * Verify compliance with finished product specifications (labeling, temperature, batch number, etc.) * Digitize and maintain up-to-date process control records to ensure traceability * Provide support in other Quality Department activities assigned by management **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree or Technical qualification in Food Industries, Chemistry (or related fields) * Availability to work in Pachacamac (Manchay) \- * NOTES: (Preferably residing in ATE, VILLA MARIA DEL TRIUNFO, VILLA EL SALVADOR, LURIN, PACHACAMAC, or LA MOLINA districts) * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience * Effective communication skills * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Power BI (desirable) Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Application Questions: * Please indicate your district of residence? * Are you available to work in Manchay under Av.
