Job Summary: We are seeking a sewing operator to perform preparation, cutting, sewing, assembly, and final finishing of garments, as well as provide support in workplace organization and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional role in garment manufacturing and textile finishing 2. Support in machinery organization and maintenance 3. Active participation in the production process * **Preparation and Cutting:** Cut fabric and materials according to technical specifications and prepare necessary materials for sewing. * **Sewing and Assembly:** Join pieces using sewing machines, including basic seams, hems, buttonholes, and belt loops. * **Final Finishing:** Perform thread trimming, ironing, and quality inspection to ensure no defects are present. * **Workplace Support:** Assist in machine cleaning, maintain workplace order, and support product organization and packaging. * **Maintenance:** Perform basic cleaning and lubrication of sewing machines Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,300.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
