Opportunities for professional growth and technical development At Alticsa, we are looking for a Semi\-Senior Software Developer to participate in the development and maintenance of business-oriented web solutions such as CRM, ERP, and SaaS platforms. We seek a professional with a strong technical background, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach who uses Artificial Intelligence tools as part of daily work—to research, analyze problems, generate and review code, document, and accelerate the development of high-quality solutions. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain frontend and backend functionalities. * Use Artificial Intelligence tools routinely across various software development stages. * Use AI to analyze requirements, research solutions, generate and refactor code, detect errors, and optimize implementations. * Integrate REST APIs and manage interaction with databases. * Maintain, optimize, and improve existing systems. * Participate in technical analysis, task estimation, and planning. * Research and evaluate new tools that enhance the development team’s productivity. * Participate in code reviews and apply software development best practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of software development experience. * Practical experience using AI tools for software development. * Proficiency with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar. * Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript. * Experience with React and/or Angular. * Experience with at least one backend framework: .NET, Laravel, FastAPI, or NestJS. * Proficiency in MySQL and/or PostgreSQL. * Experience integrating REST APIs. * Proficiency with Git and collaborative development. **Desirable** * Experience using AI agents or tools to automate development tasks. * Knowledge of AI-assisted development methodologies. * Familiarity with Docker and basic CI/CD concepts. * Application of software development best practices and clean architecture principles. * Experience in CRM, ERP, or SaaS platform projects. * Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). **Candidate Profile** * A professional who incorporates Artificial Intelligence as a routine work tool. * Ability to use AI effectively while validating and understanding generated code and solutions. * Ability to independently research and solve problems. * Mindset focused on productivity, automation, and continuous improvement. * Responsible, organized, and results-oriented. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **We Offer** * Remote or hybrid work model. * Participation in real and challenging projects. * Use of modern development tools and Artificial Intelligence. * Opportunities for professional growth and technical development.
