We seek professionals eager to learn, develop their skills in the technology field, and participate in innovative projects alongside a specialized team. **Requirements** * Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing and Informatics, or related fields. * Academic knowledge of the **MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js)**. * Proficiency in **Git and GitHub** for version control. * Knowledge of **HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6\+)**. * Experience with **AI-assisted development** to accelerate development processes and MVP construction. * Familiarity with AI programming tools such as **Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and Lovable**. * Strong interest in continuous learning and developing technological solutions. **Responsibilities** * Assist the technical lead with assigned tasks and development activities. * Collaborate on active production projects, performing bug fixes, improvements, and maintenance. * Participate in new development initiatives under direct supervision. * Support maintenance of existing systems and platforms. * Document progress and report the status of assigned tasks. **Employment Conditions** * Work modality: **On-site**. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** **What We Offer** * Formal employment registration * Opportunity for growth and continuous learning. * Participation in innovative technology projects. * Professional training and development. * Career progression path. * The chance to join a solid, reputable, and well-established company in the Peruvian market.
