Serve as the technical and administrative liaison with client MINSUR ### **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree and professional license in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related disciplines. * **Work Experience:** Minimum 5 years of general and specific experience in leadership, coordination, or multidisciplinary supervision of projects/services in the mining sector (counted from date of professional licensure). * **Certifications:** Project Management / SSOMA certification is desirable. * **Documentation:** Clean criminal and judicial records. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary supervision team. * Manage compliance with service scope, schedule, and costs. * Maintain technical and administrative liaison with the client (MINSUR). * Consolidate and issue daily, weekly, and monthly service reports. ### **Working Conditions** * **Employment Regime:** Payroll employment. * **Work Schedule / Regime:** Atypical 14x7 system (day shift). * **Meeting Point / Hub:** Juliaca / Arequipa.
