As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts who can drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges—such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Position Description** At **ACCIONA**, for its **WATER** business unit, we require hiring a **GOTA SYSTEM ASSISTANT** under a preventive maintenance service contract for drinking water and wastewater systems. **MISSION:** Independently perform basic administrative tasks and computerized processing of documentation related to their unit/department, in accordance with guidelines established by their supervisor, to meet the needs of their internal client. **Candidate Requirements** **Responsibilities:** * Implementation, analysis, daily control, and continuous improvement of processes and functionalities. * Coordination and training of engineers and field crews on the use of the GOTA system. * Technical visits to address queries regarding the system and ensure correct usage in daily operations. * Ongoing communication with the development team in Spain and the support team in Lima to implement improvements and advances. * Preparation of monthly reports on tasks performed, appointment compliance, and contractual deliverables. * Registration of new users in GOTA and management of mobile equipment stock/replenishment at operational bases. * Development and monitoring of performance indicators related to compliance, valuation, and productivity (GOTA & SGIO). * Coordination with Accounting for invoice generation, technical reports, and achievement of contractual targets. **Required Profile:** * Technician or graduate in Administration, Geomatics Technician, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions.
