We continuously transform ourselves through management oriented toward operational excellence and remain committed to delivering high-impact services and consulting to our customers and communities. **We invite you to join our team!** We are looking for a **Technical Assistant** with solid experience and excellent customer service skills for our reference center for pets. **Your responsibilities in the team:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vaccination and sexing machines at hatchery plants and farms. * Conduct weekly stock reviews of spare parts, accessories, and machines, and request necessary supplies from the Warehouse Department. * Carry out scheduled visits to customers' hatchery plants to inspect facility status, perform maintenance, install equipment, and train customers on proper machine operation. * Prepare monthly maintenance reports for conducted visits, reports on machine decommissioning or returns, and meticulously record used spare parts on consumption vouchers. * Participate in internal and external audits, report process "non-conformities" to the Quality Department, and propose improvement opportunities. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Mechanical-electrical technician or related field (recent graduate, bachelor’s degree candidate, or fully qualified). * Preferably at least 6 months of experience working with industrial machinery. * Basic knowledge of industrial mechanics. * Preferably possess ***We look forward to meeting you!*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Indicate your salary expectations. * What is your availability to start work? * Do you have at least 6 months of experience in the positions mentioned?
