Job Summary: We are seeking Warehouse Operators for our industrial plant, responsible for verifying production, dispatching products, and maintaining area organization. Key Highlights: 1. We are an industrial sector company specializing in the **manufacturing and marketing of plastic products**. Currently, we are looking for **Warehouse Operators** to join our operations team. * Location: **CHILCA PLANT (Reference \- Parque 15 de enero)** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Verify that production enters Distribution Warehouses in correct master containers, properly packed, on correct pallets, and correctly positioned. * Participate in inventories and other additional tasks as required. * Dispatch products upon request from relevant departments. * Ensure cleanliness and order in the work area. * Perform any other duties inherent to the area as assigned by your supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Completed Secondary Education (mandatory).** * No criminal, judicial, or police records (mandatory) \- The company will conduct the corresponding verification. * Minimum **6 months of warehouse experience** (preferred), but candidates without experience may also apply. * Availability to work **Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:15 PM**. * Availability to work overtime if required. * **Reside in areas adjacent to Chilca.** **BENEFITS** * Gross Salary: **S/. 1,200** * Production Bonus: **S/. 100** * Transportation Allowance: **S/. 50** * **100% covered meals** (lunch or dinner, as applicable) * **Transportation coverage to enter the plant** (from Paradero 15 de enero to the plant and vice versa) * Career path \+ positive work environment. **WORK SCHEDULE** * **Monday through Friday, 07:00 AM to 05:15 PM**. **CORE COMPETENCIES** We seek individuals who stand out in: * Responsibility. * Punctuality. * Commitment. * Proactivity.
