Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for the care and support of elderly adults, responsible for communicating with family members, tracking patients, and supervising staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient tracking and monitoring functions 2. Family communication management 3. Supervision of assigned staff We are **Geriatrics Perú**, a fully legal company operating for over 30 years, located at Av. Higuereta 571, Surco District. We specialize in caring for and supporting elderly adults with intermediate or advanced dependency, as well as fragile or terminal patients. Currently, we are seeking a Customer Service Advisor. **Requirements:** * Students of Administration, Communication Sciences, Psychology, or related fields (preferred). * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (desirable). * Experience related to the healthcare sector (desirable). * Availability to work Monday–Friday (8 AM–6 PM) and Saturday mornings. * Work location: Surco. **Responsibilities:** * Answer telephone calls from patients’ family members and schedule appointments. * Conduct patient follow-up and monitoring. * Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment and workplace, reporting any anomalies. * Maintain effective communication with family members of assigned patients. * Manage and supervise assigned staff. * Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from the first day of employment. * Pleasant working environment. * CTS deposits. * Paid vacation. * ESSALUD coverage. * Bonus payments in July and December. * AFP/ONP pension contributions. * Monthly salary: 1400 soles.
