Interest in Business Management At **JB Business Consulting Firm**, we are currently looking for a **MANAGEMENT SECRETARIAL INTERN (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)** to join our **Management and Operational Coordination** team. **Requirements:** ✅ **Education**: University student (from the 3rd semester onward) majoring in Executive Secretariat, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ✅ **Preferably available for morning \- afternoon shifts.** ✅ Interest in business management and operational coordination. ✅ Basic LinkedIn proficiency for corporate purposes, scheduling, meeting coordination, and digital file organization. ✅ Strong written communication skills for emails and administrative documents. ✅ **Access to technological tools required for remote work.** **Responsibilities:** 1\. **Organize and manage the General Manager’s schedule**, ensuring proper scheduling of meetings, appointments, and activities, as well as timely adherence to deadlines and priorities. 2\. **Coordinate internal and external meetings**, managing calendars, virtual links, invitations, simple minutes, and follow-up on agreements with involved parties. 3\. **Screen, respond to, and forward corporate emails and messages**, following internal guidelines, prioritizing requests, and ensuring clear and timely communication. 4\. **Track tasks and commitments assigned by the General Management**, verifying progress, deadlines, and reporting alerts or incidents when necessary. 5\. **Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting managerial documents**, such as official letters, correspondence, reports, executive presentations, and internal communications. 6\. **Record, organize, and systematize administrative and corporate information**, maintaining updated and orderly digital files for easy access and control. **What We Offer:** \- Hybrid internship (70% Remote, 30% In-Person) in the SJL district. \- **No prior experience required\- We provide training from Day One.** \- Birthday Leave. \- JB Corporate Benefits with partner brands. \- **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (30 hours per week) \- Certification upon completion of pre-professional internship.
