Participation in brainstorming and creative sessions At Fertilizantes y Semillas Andinas SAC, we are looking for talent that demonstrates passion for audiovisual innovation and dynamic communication to fill the position of **Audiovisual Communication Assistant**. We seek someone who contributes to developing innovative multimedia content, leveraging generative AI tools to create visual experiences that revolutionize how we connect with the sector. Requirements: * Technical graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related fields * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of design and editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator * Knowledge of Audition, Lightroom, and/or Media Encoder * Knowledge of animation (Motion Graphics) * Knowledge of product photography * Knowledge of social media content * Minimum 1 year of experience Responsibilities: * Edit videos and audio for social media, advertising materials, or corporate events using specialized software. * Use generative AI tools such as Midjourney or ChatGPT to create renders, scripts, or support visual editing. * Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, microphones, lighting systems, and drones. * Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop innovative campaigns. * Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. * Create content tailored to industry-specific needs. * Develop content calendars/schedules aligned with each brand’s strategy. * Create, implement, and optimize ad campaigns on FB, IG, LinkedIn, and TikTok. * Record and direct videos, ensuring high image and sound quality. * Edit videos using tools such as CapCut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere. * Edit videos with dynamic cuts, subtitles, and graphic elements. * Participate in generating creative ideas and audiovisual storytelling. * Record and edit promotional videos, testimonials, product videos, and institutional events. * Provide audiovisual coverage of in-store activities and internal/external events (trade fairs, product launches, activations, conventions, parties, events, etc.). * Propose and execute innovative ideas to enhance the brand’s visual content. * Manage audiovisual and editing archives in various formats for social media (reels, stories, shorts, etc.). *At Fertilizantes y Semillas Andinas SAC, we promote inclusion and labor integration without discrimination based on disability, gender, orientation, identity, place of origin, or generation.
