Job Summary: We are seeking Flight Attendants with customer service experience to provide personalized service and ensure passenger comfort and safety on interprovincial trips. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personalized passenger assistance during the journey 2. Ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and safety onboard 3. We are currently recruiting **FLIGHT ATTENDANTS** to join our team on the **ICA \- LIMA** route. **WHAT WE SEEK?** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Tourism and Hospitality, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in interprovincial transportation or similar sectors. * Availability for **FULL-TIME** work, **TRAVELING** on **ROTATING SHIFTS** for the **ICA \- LIMA** route. * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and service-oriented attitude. * Residence within the **DISTRICT** of **ICA.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide personalized assistance to passengers during the journey. * Ensure comfort, cleanliness, and safety onboard. * Prepare and organize service materials (blankets, snacks, pillows, trays, etc.). * Conduct periodic cabin rounds to address passenger requests. * Deliver the official welcome and safety speech following the company’s established protocol. * Coordinate with staff in Lima and Ica during passenger boarding and disembarkation. * Ensure compliance with onboard service quality standards. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Monthly salary of S/1800 (base salary of S/1500 \+ fixed bonus of S/300\). * Enrollment in the General Payroll System from day one. * 100% statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Career development path.
