Job Summary: We are seeking a paid media professional to lead paid acquisition in Mexico—defining strategies, executing campaigns, and optimizing the PLG funnel with autonomy and data-driven analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the paid acquisition strategy in Mexico with real autonomy. 2. Optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation. 3. Analyze data to make decisions and propose experiments. Doctocliq is a CRM for dentists, physicians, and healthcare professionals across Latin America. With our 360° platform, we simplify daily operations (scheduling, clinical records, billing, automations, etc.) for thousands of clients in over 20 countries. Thousands of clinics across Latin America still operate blindly. Our mission is to change that: to become the technological foundation that makes them agile and profitable—and frees them up to focus more on their patients. At Doctocliq, we build a product that autonomously activates, converts, and retains users, following a Product-Led Growth (PLG) approach. **The Role** You will be responsible for the entire paid acquisition operation in Mexico, primarily. You will report directly to the Marketing Lead and work with real autonomy: you define hypotheses, execute, measure, and propose next steps. We are not looking for someone who waits for instructions. We seek someone who reads data, diagnoses quickly, and makes decisions based on sound judgment. **What You’ll Do** * Operate and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for the Mexican market, focusing on generating sign-ups and qualified leads. * Design the advertising strategy by funnel stage: awareness, consideration, and conversion. * Monitor and improve the PLG self-conversion rate (direct sign-up without a sales process). * Build and maintain weekly business metric reports: CPL, CAC, sign-up volume, lead quality, and budget efficiency. * Manage end-to-end attribution: UTM, GA4, Amplitude, and cross-platform tracking validation. * Propose and execute experiments with clear hypotheses, defined success metrics, and decision criteria. * Collaborate with the content team to develop performance-oriented creatives. **What You Need** * 3–5 years of experience in paid media with a performance focus, ideally in SaaS, healthtech, or B2B technology. * Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager: campaign structure, audience segmentation, creatives, learning phases, and conversion-event optimization. * Proficiency in Google Ads: Search, keyword structure, match types, negatives, and conversion-based optimization. * Solid GA4 expertise: event configuration, attribution, data exploration, and traffic source analysis. * Ability to manage multi-touch attribution: UTM, attribution windows, pixel validation, and GTM. * Analytical thinking: read data, identify bottlenecks, and propose concrete—not generic—actions. * Real autonomy: you can manage a monthly budget without constant operational oversight. * Availability to work hybrid in CDMX. **Bonus Points** * Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools. * Knowledge of PLG funnels or free-trial models with direct conversion. * Experience targeting audiences in healthcare or among independent professionals. * Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs to validate lead quality. **What We Offer** * Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the Corpac office, San Isidro). * Monday–Friday schedule, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with flexible hours. Free access to learning platforms. * A birthday leave day and a half-day off for your children’s birthdays. * Annual contract with all statutory benefits. Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per hour Application Question(s): * How many years have you managed campaigns in Meta Ads Manager without direct supervision? * Have you worked at a software, technology, or SaaS company? * How many years have you actively used Google Ads? * What is your expected monthly salary? Work Location: Hybrid in San Isidro 15036
