Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage and grow a customer portfolio in pharmacies, drugstores, markets, and perfumeries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product and commercial policy training V&S Distribuciones y Droguería S.A.C. is a formally licensed pharmaceutical and consumer goods distributor (DIGEMID), with over 12 years of experience along the Juliaca-Puno-Cusco corridor. We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage and grow a customer portfolio in pharmacies, drugstores, markets, and perfumeries within their assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include: * Visiting customers according to the assigned route and frequency, adhering to the visit plan. * Taking orders, presenting the catalog and current promotions. * Identifying sales opportunities and new customers within their territory. * Following up on collections according to cash-sale terms. * Reporting incidents, stockouts, and competitor activity within their territory. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of field sales experience or direct visits to retail establishments. * Must reside in Juliaca or Puno, with availability for daily travel. * Results-oriented, resilient to rejection, and skilled in customer service. * Prior experience in pharmacy, market, or mass-consumption channels is preferred. What we offer: * Base salary of S/1,300 (reference only; confirmed during interview) plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. * Formal payroll enrollment after the probationary period. * Training on products and company commercial policies. * Stability within a formal company with over 12 years of regional presence. Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
